Eviction
The firm has extensive experience in obtaining possession of real property, principally in relation to completed foreclosures. The firm also represents landlords and property owners in nonpayment disputes, violations of lease and voluntary surrender of possession negotiations.

The members of the Firm provide legal representation in curing defects in titles such as missed liens, missing interests, unknown easements, defects in property descriptions and other problems on behalf of insured owners and insured lenders in all three jurisdictions.
